Who is Prime Leadership?
Johnny is a former special operations U.S. Army Ranger out of 2/75, having served multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Rising to the rank of Sergeant he departed from the military and became the Tactical Commander for the U.S. Ambassador to Iraq for a private company. After performing protective services for U.S. Diplomats for 5 years, Johnny transitioned to civil service with the U.S. State Department, working as a Civil Service Contracting Officer for a decade before realizing his passion for coaching, leadership, and podcasting. As the host of "The Art of Masculinity" podcast, Keynote Speaker, Leadership and business Culture Consultant, and an author, Johnny delivers captivating and tangible leadership training and speeches drawn from his diverse experiences spanning special operations, diplomacy, and personal development.
